Nestled behind a wrought iron fence and beautifully manicured hedges, the Tiffany family welcomed me into their historic home for the afternoon. We played games, read books, made peanut butter and honey sandwiches, searched for fairies in the flower garden, and jumped on beds. It was a day I hope they cherish for a lifetime.
Photographed entirely on film, we got to slow down and sink in the moments while sharing stories of life with tiny children. As a mom of 3, I know just how quickly the days pass. Time does not wait for us to catch up, or slow down for us to soak in the moment, it is up to us to live intentionally. Photographing families in their home is one of my absolute favorites, as we approach the winter months and we are huddled up in our homes, consider this opportunity for your family. We can make pancakes on a Saturday morning, do some arts and crafts, make forts under the dining table! Let’s have some fun and make some memories for your family.
