I am excited to share my experience at Emma Rose’s Dreamchasers workshop. Emma and I began chatting about her workshop months in advance, Emma has taken the photography industry by storm, offering resources for photographers, she has built a set of systems that has enabled her to rock her business and still have time to live a life she loves. I feel extremely blessed to have been a part of it.
She welcomed all of her attendees into her natural light filled home with gift bags, fresh flowers and breakfast.
We enjoyed a 3 day creative retreat filled with beautifully and well planned styled shoots. There was a styling bar where we got to play with some of the most gorgeous stationary sets, silk ribbon, vintage stamps, and jewelry. We all scattered around Emma’s home styling hand lettered stationary to our hearts content.
After an hour of styling we went out to our first styled shoot, an in home maternity session. This playful lifestyle session was sweet and simple. We documented the tender love of these soon to be first time parents. Their minimal home was the perfect backdrop for their session. In home sessions are some of my favorites, they allow for such intimate and personal photos.
We got to go to Emma’s favorite floral shop and design small table bouquets to take with us, that was a real treat.
Emma took head shots of all the attendees in her sweet little loft space with a gorgeous backdrop designed by her florist. Our day was concluded with a reading of “Girl Wash Your face” which Emma surprised us all with a copy!
She surprised us all with a copy of “girl Wash Your Face” by Rachel Hollis!!
